Testing Services

Screening, confirmation & environmental monitoring

Ruide provides three core testing services — hair, urine & body fluids, and wastewater — from on-site rapid screening to laboratory LC-MS/MS confirmation, with bilingual (CN / EN) reporting for institutional cooperation.

Detection windows, sample requirements, report timelines, legal effect and regional applicability follow Ruide-confirmed materials and local regulations.

Hair Substance Testing

Detection of traditional and novel psychoactive substances (NPS) in hair across two pathways — on-site colloidal-gold rapid screening and laboratory LC-MS/MS confirmation. A root segment of about 3 cm can cover up to roughly a 180-day look-back window and is difficult to interrupt or substitute, suitable for pre-employment screening, periodic institutional monitoring and recovery follow-up, with markedly fewer test cycles than urine. Specific scope per Ruide-confirmed materials.

On-site rapid colloidal-gold test cassettes
Pathway 01 · On-site screening

Rapid screening (colloidal-gold test kit)

Tear-and-use rapid test kit for front-line screening — workplace checks, institutional sweeps and on-site response.

  • Result in about 5 minutes after sample loading
  • Read by eye — no instrument required
  • One-step extraction; one sample, multiple panels
  • Officially adopted across 30+ provinces and cities
Pathway 02 · Laboratory confirmation

LC-MS/MS confirmation

Hair sent to the professional laboratory for high-precision mass-spectrometry analysis — the industry-recognized confirmation method.

  • 100+ substances in a single run
  • High sensitivity, accurate results
  • Bilingual (CN / EN) confirmation report

Urine & Body-Fluid Screening

The most common and convenient rapid initial-screening method — results in roughly 5 minutes, simple to operate and moderately priced, with high sensitivity and specificity. Suited to pre-employment checks, routine on-the-job monitoring and short-window exposure checks; laboratory confirmation can follow where required.

Wastewater Substance Monitoring

Area-level substance monitoring through systematic sampling and analysis of municipal and campus wastewater, assessing substance use within an enclosed area or building — with broad coverage, objective data and clear trends. For example, an enterprise identified abuse signals by testing campus wastewater and initiated a targeted screening to reduce potential risk.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does testing take?

On-site rapid screening gives a result in about 5 minutes; for laboratory LC-MS/MS confirmation, the report is issued roughly 1–3 working days after the sample reaches the laboratory.

How much sample is needed, and how is it collected?

Hair: a root segment of about 3 cm, roughly 100 mg (90–120 strands). Urine: about 30 mL in a sealed container. Ruide provides detailed collection and shipping guidance for each test.

What does the report look like?

A bilingual (Chinese / English) testing report delivered electronically; stamped or paper copies can be arranged on request.

How is confidentiality handled?

Samples and results are handled confidentially. The website enquiry form forwards your message only and stores no submitted data. Specific terms follow Ruide-confirmed materials and local regulations.

How do we get started?

Contact us with your sample type, testing scope and report needs. Ruide replies with the right testing path and sample-collection guidance — then you send samples and receive the report.
