This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share your information when you visit www.ruide.org (the "Site"). It applies to all pages of the Site, the contact form and all contact features. The Site is operated by Hangzhou RID Life Technology Co., Ltd., and you may contact us at any time at rdsm2019@163.com.

1. Information We Collect
(1) Information you provide: When you send us a message through the contact form, or contact us by email, phone or instant messaging apps, we receive the content you choose to provide, which may include your name, company name, email address and message. Form submissions are not stored in the Site's database.
(2) Technical information collected automatically: The Site uses Google Analytics 4 ("GA4") to measure website traffic. GA4 uses IP addresses only temporarily during data collection to estimate a visitor's approximate location; it does not log or store visitors' IP addresses and does not use IP addresses to identify individuals. Cookies are used only for de-identified device recognition. Through cookies, the system obtains your device and browser type, the pages you visit, the time of your visit, and the contact options you click (such as WhatsApp, email or phone links). Cookies can recognize repeat visits from the same browser, and the data is de-identified. In addition, your browser's local storage (localStorage) records the source of your first visit, which is used only for traffic attribution.
2. How We Use Information
To handle and respond to your business inquiries and questions; to keep the Site running properly and troubleshoot technical issues; to measure Site traffic and analyze content performance on an aggregated basis; and to fulfill obligations under applicable laws and regulations.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
The Site has no login, payment or similar features. The cookies and local storage it uses serve mainly for website analytics and advertising measurement. This data is used in aggregated form, and we do not use it to identify you personally. Google, as a third party, may use the relevant cookies to show you personalized online ads. You can turn off Google personalized ads on Google's Ad Settings page; doing so does not stop ads from being shown, but ads will no longer be personalized based on your browsing activity. On your first visit, you can accept or reject analytics cookies through the cookie prompt; analytics and advertising cookies are enabled only after you actively opt in and give separate consent. Rejecting them does not affect your ability to browse the Site or use its contact features. You can also delete or block cookies, or block the analytics script, through your browser settings or a blocking tool, without affecting normal browsing of the Site.
